Prior to cosmetic restoration, an old US Steel plant switcher presents a despondent appearance on the site of the former Duquesne Works.

This engine was one of the R/C mill switchers at the USS Homestead Works until 1986 when that plant was shuttered. #19 was restored in 1999, and is now on display in Duquesne.
